WASHING UP 12"warum eigentlich noch kompromisse machen? zugeständnisse an einen halbgaren track, der zu beinah lustlosem tanzen animiert? nicht bei tomas anderssons fünfter maxi „washing up“, der klar schiff macht mit seinem energiehaushalt. dieser track macht glücklich. will nichts anderes als reinwummen, während ihm der schalk im nacken sitzt: volle euphorisierende breitseite mit kompromisslos rückwärts schauendem techno. klingt nach retro, weil es sich der güldenen acid-zeiten besinnt und verklärt dabei lächelt - mit dem wissen von heute natürlich.
